BREAKFAST:

Kids:  Oatmeal, Barleymax

Dad:  2 eggs, WW toast

Me:  6 oz. Barleymax, 6 oz Carrot Juicemax, 2 bananas

BREAKFAST #2:

Kids:  free range eggs, piece of fruit

Me:  Cream of rice, piece of fruit

SNACK:

Rice crackers, Sugar-free dried mangos, fruit leather

LUNCH:

Smoothie, Quesadilla (Spelt flour tortillas, cow cheese)

DINNER:

Salad bar at Sizzler
