I haven’t posted since right before the 4th of July.  The holidays were full of BBQing, salads, family, and swimming.  So back on track with my log.

BREAKFAST:

Kids:  Raw Oatmeal, water, agave

Gluten-free Pancakes (I really like these and almost all my kids liked them)

LUNCH:

Veggie Sandwich (Avocado, veganaise, mustard, tomato, pickle, rice cheese, and some of my kids a little bit of turkey), fruit

SNACK:

Fruit Smoothie

Dried cereal (Life), pretzels

DINNER:

Taco Salad (ground turkey meat with taco flavor-Jenny O, romaine lettuce, green cabbage, tomato, guacamole, avocado, mixed nuts), corn on the cob
