BREAKFAST:

Kids & Me:  Barleymax with OJ, Cream of Rice

Dad:  Cream of Wheat, WW toast

LUNCH:

Smoothie (OJ, Kale, Carrot Juice max, banana, frozen mixed fruit, agave)

Left over pancakes, butter (Earth Balance-Soy free), agave

SNACK:

Fruit leather (no extra sugars), crackers

DINNER:

Pasta salad (Bow tie noodles, garbanzo beans, zesty italian dressing, sautéed veggies), sautéed veggies (onions, garden carrots, asparagus, steak seasoning, seasoning salt)
