BREAKFAST:

Kids:  Raw Oatmeal, water, agave, frozen blueberries, barleymax, vitamins

Dad:  Cream of Wheat, brown sugar, toast

Me: banana, Barleymax, cream of rice

SNACK:

Green Blended Lemonade (check out my smoothie section for recipe)

LUNCH:

5-year-old:  green salad with mixed nuts, pasta, rice cheese, avocado slices

3-year-old:  veggie sandwich (sprouted bread, veganaise, mustard, tomato, avocado, tofurky lunch meat)

2-year-old:  tofurky pieces, noodles, nuts (roasted cashews, almonds, raw cashews, raisins), blueberries

Me:  Leftovers (BBQ lentils and rice pilaf)

DINNER:

Papa Murphy’s pizza (Delite cheese and Delite Chicken, bacon, artichoke-no chicken), fresh peaches and blueberry salad
