BREAKFAST:
Kids: Raw Oatmeal, water, agave, green smoothie (6 oz.)
Dad: 1 quart Favorite Green Smoothie (recipe in smoothie section)
Me: Green Blended Lemonade (recipe in smoothie section)
BREAKFAST #2:
Rice protein smoothie (Nutribiotic vanilla protein powder)
LUNCH:
Almond butter and Jelly, carrots
DINNER:
(Date night-I made something really simple for my kids and then my husband and I go out to eat somewhere)
Kids: WW coconut pancakes (recipe in Fun Meal section)
Dad & Me: Went to Red Robins. My husband got a chicken sandwich with fries and I got the Bonzi burger, with my own little twist. They have a great garden burger pattie and instead of the huge bun, I had the burger wrapped in lettuce. It was actually really good. Too much bread gives me a stomach ache.
