BREAKFAST:

Kids:  Raw Oatmeal, water, agave, Barlemax, vitamins

Dad:  1 quart Favorite Green Smoothie (in recipe section)

Me:  Barley, banana

BREAKFAST #2:

Kids:  Rice protein shake (Nutribiotic Vanilla), peach

Me:  bowl of granola, rice milk

LUNCH:

5 year old: 6 oz. Green Blended Lemonade, 1/2 tuna sandwich, bowl of chicken noodle soup

3 year old:  6 oz. Green Blended Lemonade, tuna in a bowl (mixed with Vegenaise and mustard)

2 year old:  4 oz. Green Blended Lemonade

Me:  1 quart Green Blended Lemonade, Tuna sandwich on Sprouted wheat bread with tomato slices and Vegenaise

SNACK:

Granola bar, Amy’s mixed preztels and cheese crackers

DINNER:

Hawaiian haystacks
